・公演への入場有無にかかわらず、景品の引き換えが可能です。
・景品は公演当日、会場内の指定引き換えブースにてお渡しいたします。
・引き換え方法および引き換え時間の詳細は、後日ご案内する公演当日のスケジュールにてお知らせいたします。
・景品のお受け取りは、指定された引き換えブースの運営時間内のみ可能です。
・公演当日の引き換え時間内にお受け取りいただけなかった場合、当選権利は無効となり、後日のお渡し・発送対応はいたしかねます。
・景品受け取りの際は、引き換え用QRコードをご提示ください。
・お受け取り時には、必ず景品の内容および状態をご確認ください。

④ 「QRコード表示」ボタンをクリック

【景品引き換えに関する注意事項】
・景品のデザインおよび仕様は変更となる場合がございます。
・直筆サイン入りポラロイドは、ランダム配布のため、同一メンバーの景品が重複して当選する場合がございます。
・製造工程上発生する微細な傷や擦れ等は、交換対象外となります。
・第三者から譲渡または転売された景品につきましては、責任を負いかねます。

※No prize will be provided if you do not win.
※Signed Polaroids will be distributed at random after winners are verified on the day of the concert. Members cannot be selected.
※Requests for a specific member and exchanges are not permitted.

【 How to Participate 】
① Please purchase a Lucky Draw ticket during the sales period.
② After completing your purchase, you can participate in the Lucky Draw on mahocast.

・Lucky Draw tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
・After completing the purchase, the draw and result announcement will be conducted through mahocast.

【Prize Exchange Information】

・Prizes will be provided at the designated exchange booth inside the venue on the day of the concert.
・Details regarding the exchange method and exchange time will be announced later through the concert day schedule.
・Prizes can only be collected during the operating hours of the designated exchange booth.
・If the prize is not collected within the exchange period on the day of the concert, the winning right will be considered invalid, and no later exchange or shipping will be available.
・Please present the exchange QR code when receiving your prize.
・Please make sure to check the prize details and condition upon receipt.

【 How to Display the Redemption QR Code 】
① Access https://www.mahocast.com and log in
② Click the icon in the top right corner of the screen and go to “My Page”
③ Select “Winning History” from the “Lucky Draw” menu
④ Click the “Show QR Code” button
※The QR code can be presented once per account, and all winning prizes can be redeemed together.

【Prize Exchange Notes】
・The design and specifications of the prizes are subject to change.
・Signed Polaroids are distributed randomly, and duplicate prizes featuring the same member may be awarded.
・Minor scratches, scuffs, or imperfections that occur during the manufacturing process are not eligible for exchange.
