【 公演注意事項 】
《会場への持ち込み禁止物について》
以下の物品の持ち込みは禁止とさせていただきます。
・音の出る応援グッズ
・風船、紙テープなど演出や運営の妨げとなる物品
・一眼レフカメラ、ビデオカメラ、録音機器
・セルカ棒、三脚、一脚、脚立等の撮影補助器具
・スーツケースなどの大きなお荷物
・その他スタッフが危険と判断した物品

これらの持ち込みや使用が発覚した場合は、ご退場いただく場合がございます。なお、その場合でもチケットの払い戻しはいたしかねます。

《撮影・録音について》
・本公演および特典会における写真撮影、動画撮影、録音等の行為は一切禁止とさせていただきます。
・撮影・録音行為が発覚した場合は、撮影・録音データをその場で削除していただきます。
・1回目の発覚時は警告およびデータ削除、2回目の発覚時はデータ削除のうえご退場いただきます。
・公演中および特典会中であっても、その場でご退場いただく場合がございます。
・禁止行為によりご退場いただいた場合でも、チケットの払い戻しはいたしかねます。

《応援マナーについて》
ペンライトやうちわ等の応援グッズは、胸の高さより上に掲げる行為はご遠慮ください。
後方のお客様のご迷惑となり、トラブルの原因となる場合がございます。

《転売・本人確認について》
転売目的でのチケット購入は固くお断りいたします。
オークション等への出品が発覚した場合、出品者および購入者のご入場をお断りいたします。
また、公演当日にご本人確認を実施する場合がございます。確認が取れない場合はご入場をお断りする場合がございます。

《車椅子席について》
車椅子でご来場のお客様は、車椅子専用スペースへのご案内となります。
同伴者の方もチケットが必要となります。
車椅子席をご希望の方は、チケットご購入後、2026年7月13日（月）18:00までにお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
なお、席数には限りがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

《年齢制限について》
6歳未満（未就学児）のご入場はお断りいたします。

《チケット・座席について》
・チケットの破損・紛失・当日お忘れの場合、いかなる理由でも再発行はいたしかねます。
・複数枚ご購入の場合、通路を挟んだお席や前後のお席となる場合がございます。
・一部ステージが見えづらい座席となる場合がございます。
・整理番号・座席番号に関するお問い合わせにはお答えいたしかねます。

《公演・運営に関して》
・演出および運営上の都合により、公演形式や座席配置が変更となる場合がございます。なお、これに伴う払い戻しはいたしかねます。
・開場・開演時間は変更となる場合がございます。
・再入場は不可とさせていただきます。
・荒天・災害・交通事情等により、公演が中止となる場合がございます。
・公演中止・延期の場合でも、交通費・宿泊費等（キャンセル料含む）の補償はいたしかねます。

《安全・注意事項》
・手荷物の管理はお客様ご自身の責任にてお願いいたします。会場内外での事故・盗難について主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。
・主催者の指示およびルール・マナーをお守りいただけない場合や、他のお客様への迷惑行為があった場合は、ご入場をお断り、またはご退場いただく場合がございます。その場合でも払い戻しはいたしかねます。

【 Event Guidelines 】
《Prohibited Items》
The following items are prohibited inside the venue:

• Noise-making cheering goods
• Balloons, streamers, or any items that may interfere with production or event operations
• DSLR cameras, video cameras, and audio recording devices
• Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, step ladders, or similar photography equipment
• Large luggage such as suitcases
• Any other items deemed dangerous by staff

If any prohibited items are found or used, you may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

《Photography & Recording》
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during the concert and benefit events.
• If such activities are discovered, all recorded data must be deleted immediately.
• Upon the first violation, a warning will be issued and the data must be deleted.
• Upon the second violation, the data must be deleted and the attendee will be removed from the venue.
• Removal may occur immediately during the performance or benefit event.
• No refunds will be provided to attendees removed for prohibited conduct.

《Cheering Etiquette》
Please refrain from raising penlights, fans, or other cheering goods above chest level.
Such actions may obstruct the view of guests behind you and cause inconvenience or disputes.

《Ticket Resale & Identity Verification》
The purchase of tickets for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
If tickets are found to be listed on auction sites or similar platforms, both the seller and purchaser may be denied entry.
Identity verification may be conducted on the event day. Guests who cannot verify their identity may be denied admission.

《Wheelchair Seating》
Guests attending in wheelchairs will be guided to designated wheelchair-accessible areas.
Accompanying guests must also possess a valid ticket.
Those wishing to use wheelchair seating must contact the inquiry desk by 18:00 on July 13, 2026 (Mon) after purchasing a ticket.
Please note that wheelchair seating is limited and subject to availability.

《Age Restrictions》
Children under 6 years old (preschool age) will not be admitted.

《Tickets & Seating》
• Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the event day.
• Guests purchasing multiple tickets may be assigned seats separated by an aisle or arranged in front and behind one another.
• Some seats may have partially obstructed views of the stage.
• We cannot respond to inquiries regarding queue numbers or seat numbers.

《Event Operations》
• Due to production or operational circumstances, the event format and seating layout may be changed. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Door opening and show start times may change.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• The event may be canceled due to severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, transportation, accommodation, and related expenses (including cancellation fees) will not be compensated.

《Safety & General Notices》
• Guests are responsible for managing their personal belongings. The organizer, venue, and performers assume no responsibility for accidents, loss, or theft inside or outside the venue.
• Guests who fail to follow instructions, rules, or proper etiquette, or who disturb other attendees, may be denied entry or removed from the venue. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

《Other Information》
• Please refrain from contacting the venue directly.
• We cannot respond to inquiries regarding seats or queue numbers.
• Refund requests, complaints, and seat/queue number changes will not be accepted.
• Only fan letters may be given to the artist. A dedicated collection box will be available in the lobby.

• 셀카봉, 삼각대, 모노포드, 사다리 등 촬영 보조 장비
• 캐리어 등 대형 수하물
• 기타 스태프가 위험하다고 판단한 물품

위 물품의 반입 또는 사용이 적발될 경우 퇴장 조치될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 티켓 환불은 불가합니다.

《촬영 및 녹음 관련》
• 본 공연 및 특전회에서의 사진 촬영, 영상 촬영, 녹음 행위는 일절 금지됩니다.
• 촬영 또는 녹음 행위가 적발될 경우 해당 데이터는 현장에서 즉시 삭제해 주셔야 합니다.
• 1회 적발 시 경고 및 데이터 삭제 조치가 이루어집니다.
• 2회 적발 시 데이터 삭제 후 퇴장 조치됩니다.
• 공연 및 특전회 진행 중에도 즉시 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다.
• 금지 행위로 인해 퇴장 조치된 경우에도 환불은 불가합니다.

《응원 매너 안내》
펜라이트, 부채 등의 응원용품은 가슴 높이 이상으로 들어 올리는 행위를 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
뒤쪽 관객의 시야를 방해하여 불편 및 분쟁의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.

《티켓 양도·전매 및 본인 확인》
전매를 목적으로 한 티켓 구매는 엄격히 금지합니다.
경매 사이트 등에 출품된 사실이 확인될 경우 출품자 및 구매자 모두 입장이 제한될 수 있습니다.
