※ 海外在住のお客様は、クレジットカード決済のみご利用いただけます。
※ 上記期間内に決済されなかった場合は、キャンセルとなりますので、ご注意ください。
※ チケット購入時、本人確認情報には必ずご来場いただく方の名前をご入力ください。名前の変更は出来かねますこと、ご了承ください。
※ チケット決済時にお客様宛にmahocastよりメールにてQRコードを送らせて頂きます。
※ 決済後にメールが届かない方はシステム上でも入場QRコードをご確認いただけます。
　mahocastにログイン後、マイページ（右上の丸いアイコン）より、Ticket - Buy - 入場QRコードで確認できます。

【 各種注意事項 】
《会場内への持ち込み》
• 会場内では手荷物検査を行う場合があります。
• カメラ、録音・録画機器、電子機器、危険物、アルコールなどの持ち込みは禁止です。
• 大きな荷物は事前にコインロッカー等に預け、手荷物はコンパクトにしてご来場ください。
• 持ち込み禁止物が見つかった場合はスタッフの指示に従ってください。

《転売・譲渡禁止》
• チケットの転売・譲渡は一切禁止です。SNSやオークション等での販売・購入も禁止です。
• 違反が発覚した場合、入場をお断りします。その際、返金はいたしません。

《撮影・録音・録画禁止》
• 公演中の写真撮影・録音・録画・ライブ配信は禁止です。
• 発覚した場合は、データ削除および退場処分となります。その際、返金はいたしません。

《公演中・その他》
• 入場時に購入者ご本人確認を実施する場合がございます。必ず「顔写真付き身分証明書」、FC会員の方は会員証をあわせてご持参ください。　
• お席やチケット番号に関するお問い合わせ・クレームには対応できません。
• 公演内容、出演者、時間は予告なく変更になる場合があります。返金はできません。
• 会場周辺での出待ち・入り待ちは禁止です。
• 未就学児童は保護者と一緒にご観覧ください。
• 迷惑行為・危険行為は禁止です。スタッフの指示に従ってください。
• 再入場はできません。

※ 車椅子にてご来場のお客様・観覧に際しお手伝いが必要なお客様は、チケットご購入後、公演日1週間前までにご連絡下さい。付き添いの方もチケットが必要です。

【 About Sales 】
※ Regardless of the reason, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible after ticket purchase for this show. Please understand this in advance.
※ A separate system usage fee and payment processing fee will be added.
※ Customers paying by convenience store payment are requested to complete payment within the period stated in the payment email.
※ Customers residing overseas may only use credit card payment.
※ Please note that if payment is not completed within the above period, the order will be cancelled.
※ When purchasing a ticket, please be sure to enter the name of the person who will actually be attending in the identification information field. Please note that name changes are not possible.
※ Upon completing ticket payment, mahocast will send you a QR code by email.
※ If you do not receive the email after payment, you may also check your entry QR code on the system.

【 Notices 】
《Items Brought into the Venue》
• Bag checks may be conducted inside the venue.
• Cameras, audio/video recording devices, electronic devices, dangerous items, alcohol, etc. are prohibited from being brought in.
• Please store large luggage in a coin locker, etc. beforehand and bring only compact bags to the venue.
• If a prohibited item is found, please follow the staff's instructions.

《Resale and Transfer Prohibited》
• Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Selling or purchasing tickets via SNS, auction sites, etc. is also prohibited.
• If a violation is discovered, entry will be refused. In such cases, no refund will be given.

《Photography, Audio Recording, and Video Recording Prohibited》
• Photography, audio recording, video recording, and live streaming during the show are prohibited.
• If discovered, the data will be deleted and you will be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, no refund will be given.

《During the Show / Other》
• Identity verification of the purchaser may be conducted at the time of entry. Please be sure to bring a "photo ID," and FC members should also bring their membership card.　
• We are unable to respond to inquiries or complaints regarding seats or ticket numbers.
• The show content, performers, and time are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given.
• Waiting around the venue to see artists arrive or leave is prohibited.
• Preschool-age children must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Disruptive or dangerous behavior is prohibited. Please follow staff instructions.
• Re-entry is not permitted.

※ Customers attending by wheelchair or who require assistance during the show, please contact us by one week before the show date after purchasing your ticket. Companions also require a ticket.

《공연장 내 반입》
• 공연장 내에서는 소지품 검사를 실시할 수 있습니다.
• 카메라, 녹음・녹화 기기, 전자기기, 위험물, 주류 등의 반입은 금지입니다.
• 큰 짐은 사전에 코인로커 등에 보관하시고, 소지품은 간소하게 하여 방문해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 반입 금지 물품이 발견될 경우 스태프의 안내에 따라 주시기 바랍니다.

《전매・양도 금지》
• 티켓의 전매・양도는 일절 금지입니다. SNS나 경매 등을 통한 판매・구매도 금지입니다.
• 위반이 적발될 경우 입장을 제한합니다. 이 경우 환불은 해드리지 않습니다.

《촬영・녹음・녹화 금지》
• 공연 중 사진 촬영・녹음・녹화・라이브 방송은 금지입니다.
• 적발될 경우 데이터 삭제 및 퇴장 조치됩니다. 이 경우 환불은 해드리지 않습니다.

《공연 중・기타》
• 입장 시 구매자 본인 확인을 실시할 수 있습니다. 반드시 "사진이 부착된 신분증"을, FC회원인 경우 회원증도 함께 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.　
• 좌석 및 티켓 번호에 관한 문의・클레임에는 대응해 드릴 수 없습니다.
• 공연 내용, 출연자, 시간은 사전 예고 없이 변경될 수 있습니다. 환불은 불가합니다.
• 공연장 주변에서 아티스트의 입・퇴장을 기다리는 행위는 금지입니다.
• 미취학 아동은 보호자와 함께 관람해 주시기 바랍니다.
