・チケット決済後、mahocastよりQRコードをメールで送付いたします。
・メール未着の場合は、マイページより確認可能です。

【 注意事項 】
■ チケットに関して
・チケット購入後は、理由の如何を問わずキャンセル・変更・払戻しは一切できません。
　※公演中止の場合を除きます。
・ご来場いただけない場合（申込者・同行者含む）でも、チケット代金の返金はいたしかねます。
・ご入場後の対応につきましても、理由の如何（体調不良を含む）を問わず対応いたしかねます。
・チケットには、別途システム利用料および決済手数料が発生いたします。
・チケット購入時は、必ずご来場される方のお名前をご入力ください。

■ 公演・撮影に関して
・本公演はオールスタンディングとなります。

■ チケット・入場に関して
・チケット購入後のキャンセル・変更は不可です。
・再入場は不可となります。
・入場時に手荷物検査を実施する場合がございます。
・カメラ・録音機器・危険物等をお持ちの場合、ご入場いただけません。

■ 転売・不正利用について
・転売目的でのチケット購入は禁止です。
・オークション等への出品が発覚した場合、出品者・購入者ともに入場をお断りいたします。

■ 撮影・肖像権について
・公演当日、運営による写真・映像撮影が行われる場合がございます。
・収録された素材は、商品化・プロモーション等に使用される可能性がございます。

■ 会場内での注意事項
・手荷物の管理は自己責任でお願いいたします。
・会場内外での事故・盗難について、主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。
・他のお客様への迷惑行為やルール違反が確認された場合、入場のお断りまたはご退場いただく場合がございます。

【 Entry on the Day of the Performance 】
・A separate drink fee (￥600) is required upon entry.
　※Each person is required to order at least one drink.
・Admission will be in order of entry number.
・Please line up and wait according to the instructions of the staff.
・If you are absent when your entry number is called, you may be asked to enter from the end of the line.
・Please present your QR code upon entry.

▷ About the Ticket (QR Code)
・After completing your ticket payment, mahocast will send the QR code to you by email.
・If you do not receive the email, you can check it from your My Page.

【 Important Notes 】
■ Regarding Tickets
・After purchasing a ticket, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not permitted for any reason.
　※Except in the event that the performance is cancelled.
・Even if you are unable to attend the performance (including the purchaser and accompanying guests), the ticket price cannot be refunded.
・After entering the venue, we cannot accommodate any requests for any reason, including feeling unwell.
・Additional system usage fees and payment processing fees will apply to ticket purchases.
・When purchasing a ticket, please be sure to enter the name of the person who will attend the performance.

■ Regarding the Performance & Photography
・This performance will be all standing.

■ Regarding Tickets & Admission
・Cancellations or changes cannot be made after purchasing a ticket.
・Re-entry is not permitted.
・Baggage inspections may be conducted upon entry.
・If you are carrying a camera, recording equipment, dangerous items, or other prohibited items, you will not be permitted to enter.

■ Regarding Resale & Unauthorized Use
・Purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is prohibited.
・If a ticket is found to have been listed on an auction site or other platform, both the seller and purchaser will be denied entry.

■ Regarding Photography & Portrait Rights
・Photos and videos may be taken by the event organizers on the day of the performance.
・The recorded materials may be used for merchandise, promotional purposes, and other purposes.

■ Important Notes Inside the Venue
・Please manage your personal belongings at your own responsibility.
・The organizer, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or theft occurring inside or outside the venue.
・If any behavior that disturbs other customers or violates the rules is confirmed, you may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.

■ Identity Verification & Wheelchair Accessibility
・Identity verification may be conducted on the day of the performance. (Please bring a photo ID, etc.)
