《会場への持ち込み禁止物について》
以下の物品の持ち込みは禁止とさせていただきます。
・音の出る応援グッズ
・風船、紙テープなど演出や運営の妨げとなる物品
・一眼レフカメラ、ビデオカメラ、録音機器
・セルカ棒、三脚、一脚、脚立等の撮影補助器具
・スーツケースなどの大きなお荷物
・その他スタッフが危険と判断した物品

これらの持ち込みや使用が発覚した場合は、ご退場いただく場合がございます。なお、その場合でもチケットの払い戻しはいたしかねます。

《応援マナーについて》
ペンライトやうちわ等の応援グッズは、胸の高さより上に掲げる行為はご遠慮ください。
後方のお客様のご迷惑となり、トラブルの原因となる場合がございます。

《転売・本人確認について》
転売目的でのチケット購入は固くお断りいたします。
オークション等への出品が発覚した場合、出品者および購入者のご入場をお断りいたします。
また、公演当日にご本人確認を実施する場合がございます。確認が取れない場合はご入場をお断りする場合がございます。

《車椅子席について》
車椅子でご来場のお客様は、車椅子専用スペースへのご案内となります。
同伴者の方もチケットが必要となります。
車椅子席をご希望の方は、チケットご購入後、2026年7月13日（月）18:00までにお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
なお、席数には限りがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

《年齢制限について》
6歳未満（未就学児）のご入場はお断りいたします。

《チケット・座席について》
・チケットの破損・紛失・当日お忘れの場合、いかなる理由でも再発行はいたしかねます。
・複数枚ご購入の場合、通路を挟んだお席や前後のお席となる場合がございます。
・一部ステージが見えづらい座席となる場合がございます。
・整理番号・座席番号に関するお問い合わせにはお答えいたしかねます。

《公演・運営に関して》
・演出および運営上の都合により、公演形式や座席配置が変更となる場合がございます。なお、これに伴う払い戻しはいたしかねます。
・開場・開演時間は変更となる場合がございます。
・再入場は不可とさせていただきます。
・荒天・災害・交通事情等により、公演が中止となる場合がございます。
・公演中止・延期の場合でも、交通費・宿泊費等（キャンセル料含む）の補償はいたしかねます。

《安全・注意事項》
・手荷物の管理はお客様ご自身の責任にてお願いいたします。会場内外での事故・盗難について主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。
・主催者の指示およびルール・マナーをお守りいただけない場合や、他のお客様への迷惑行為があった場合は、ご入場をお断り、またはご退場いただく場合がございます。その場合でも払い戻しはいたしかねます。

다음 물품의 반입은 금지되어 있습니다.

・풍선, 종이테이프 등 연출 및 운영에 방해가 되는 물품
・DSLR 카메라, 비디오카메라, 녹음기기
・셀카봉, 삼각대, 일각대, 사다리 등 촬영 보조 장비
・캐리어 등 부피가 큰 짐
・기타 스태프가 위험하다고 판단한 물품

위 물품의 반입 또는 사용이 확인될 경우 퇴장 조치될 수 있습니다. 또한 이 경우에도 티켓 환불은 불가합니다.

《응원 매너 안내》
펜라이트 및 부채 등의 응원용품은 가슴 높이 이상으로 들어 올리는 행위를 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.
뒤쪽 관객의 관람에 방해가 되어 트러블의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.

《티켓 전매 및 본인 확인 안내》
전매 목적의 티켓 구매는 엄격히 금지되어 있습니다.

《Prohibited Items》
The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue:
・Noise-making cheering goods
・Balloons, streamers, or any items that may interfere with the performance or event operations
・DSLR cameras, video cameras, and audio recording devices
・Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, step stools, and other photography support equipment
・Large luggage such as suitcases
・Any other items deemed dangerous by staff

If any prohibited items are found being brought in or used, you may be asked to leave the venue. Please note that no ticket refunds will be issued in such cases.

《Cheering Etiquette》
Please refrain from raising penlights, uchiwa fans, or other cheering goods above chest level. Doing so may obstruct the view of other attendees and cause inconvenience or disputes.

《Ticket Resale & ID Verification》
The purchase of tickets for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
If tickets are found to be listed on auctions or resale platforms, both the seller and purchaser may be denied entry.
Additionally, ID verification may be conducted on the day of the event. If your identity cannot be confirmed, entry may be refused.

《Wheelchair Seating》
Guests attending in wheelchairs will be guided to designated wheelchair-accessible seating areas.
Companions are also required to have a valid ticket.
If you wish to use wheelchair seating, please contact the inquiry desk after purchasing your ticket by no later than Monday, July 13, 2026 at 18:00.
Please note that wheelchair seating is limited and may not always be available.

《Age Restriction》
Children under the age of 6 (preschool age) are not permitted to enter.

《Tickets & Seating》
・Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting them on the event day.
・If multiple tickets are purchased, seats may be separated by an aisle or arranged in front/back rows.
・Some seats may have partially obstructed views of the stage.
・We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding ticket numbers or seat numbers.

《Regarding the Event & Operations》
・Due to production or operational reasons, the event format and seating layout may be subject to change. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
・Opening and start times may change.
・Re-entry is not permitted.
・The event may be canceled due to severe weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
・In the event of cancellation or postponement, transportation and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) will not be compensated.

《Safety & Important Notices》
・Guests are responsible for managing their own belongings. The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, loss, or theft inside or outside the venue.
・Guests who fail to follow staff instructions, rules, or proper etiquette, or who cause inconvenience to others, may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

《Other Information》
・Please refrain from contacting the venue directly regarding the event.
・We are unable to respond to any inquiries regarding seats or ticket numbers.
・Refunds, complaints, and seat/ticket number changes or transfers will not be accepted under any circumstances.
・Only fan letters may be given to the artist. A dedicated fan letter box will be available in the lobby.

※ No drink purchase is required for the "Sound Check" session.
※ A separate drink fee (¥600) is required upon entry to the main "LIVE" performance.
All attendees are required to order at least one drink at the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
※ By purchasing tickets, both the purchaser and accompanying attendees are deemed to have agreed to all notices above.
※ Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in the cancellation of the event.
